Lake Church strives to create a safe environment for all, considering the social conditions of our society and the increase in abuse among children and youth. Our desire regarding church policies is to PROTECT our children and youth, PROVIDE for their safety, and PREVENT inappropriate behavior. We ask questions to ensure Lake Church is a place of safety, care, and comfort for all who come to Lake Church. And that our Bible-based ministry is carried out according to God's guidelines for behavior.

*Some roles require covenant membership of at least 6 months 
**Some roles may require an audition
